Lusófona University invites Lionesa Business Hub to Marketing Atelier
28.04.23 - 15h05The Marketing Workshop held on April 17th ended with the presence of Dr.ª Maria Taipa, Manager of Partnerships and Community for Happiness at Lionesa Business Hub (BH), and presented Lionesa's marketing strategies BH, as well as happiness to increase productivity and efficiency at work.
At the beginning of the session, he introduced us to Lionesa BH, a space dedicated to renting an office at the service of around 120 companies, where innovation and creativity are key pillars.
The Lionesa BH attributed to the design thinking of infrastructures and spaces a central role in the construction of a context close to that of universities, recognizing in the work “without doors” a bet for the future.
Adopting a differentiating approach, the Hub promoted the diversification of green spaces, allying itself with art and culture in the construction of spaces that it defends as constituting the habitat for happiness. In this sense, and in close collaboration with the Super Book Group, he built a mural in which he merges the history of Lionesa with that of his birthplace: Matosinhos. Art and creativity are central pillars of the group's image, extending to the various corners of its infrastructures, promising to fill them with color and meaning. Keeping this vision in mind, the technical corridors contain art exhibits that make visitors want to work at Lionesa.
The guest of this Marketing Atelier session also revealed the numerous advantages of working at Lionesa BH, such as the Hello App, an application accessible to all members of the Hub, created with the aim of fostering relationships between teams through the promotion of various activities. Maria Taipa also highlighted other resources such as the Lionesa Health Lab, Fitness Studio, Running Society, in addition to activities conducive to team building, among which Surf, Golf, Yoga, Pilates, and events in which it is possible to taste cocktails and typical foods from different countries and regions.
Lastly, the speaker made us aware of other events promoting team building, including Music sessions and informal meetings.
Lionesa BH intends to foster close relationships with the local community, promoting the establishment of partnership protocols with higher education institutions, such as Lusófona University.
Before ending the session and launching the challenge to the students, as has been customary in our marketing workshops, Maria Taipa also addressed a study carried out with Lusófona University in the context of happiness at work at Lionesa BH, reinforcing the relevance from a happy work context to productivity and efficiency at work.
