NutriAction’ Project

This is a project of the Bachelor's Degree in Nutritional Sciences (ECTS) from Lusófona University - Lisbon University Centre, in partnership with the São João de Deus Clinic.

After the nutritional assessment, you will have access to nutrition consultations, where a specific and personalised meal plan, tailored to your needs, will be prescribed!

Nutrition consultations are conducted by nutritionists (lecturers from Universidade Lusófona), and up to two students from the Bachelor's Degree in Nutritional Sciences may attend.

What are the objectives of the “NutriAção” Project?

• Promote Healthy Eating in the Community;
• Provide Practical Training for Students of the Bachelor's Degree in Nutritional Sciences from Universidade Lusófona;
• Apply Nutritional Therapy in the Treatment and Prevention of Diseases.
