Sustainability Workshop Highlights the Digital Carbon Footprint
A Lusófona University lecturer presented a module on digital sustainability at the 11th Casa das Ciências Conference for teachers

On 8 July 2026, during the 11th Casa das Ciências Conference, Professor Adília Charmier presented a module on the digital carbon footprint as part of a sustainability workshop comprising two sessions for primary and secondary school teachers.
This activity formed part of the "CyberFootprint Solutions: Strategies for a Lighter Digital Impact" project (2025-1-TR01-KA220-SCH-000356003), whose consortium includes Gaziantep University (coordinator, Türkiye), Balıkesir University (Türkiye), the Denizli Provincial Directorate of National Education (Türkiye), Goethe University (Germany), Transilvania University of Brașov (Romania), and Lusófona University (Portugal).
