Welcome Session Marks the Launch of the Mentoring_Buddies Programme
The welcome event took place in Lisbon, bringing together lecturers and students in the INOVEDU Programme

On 5 September, the Welcome Session of the Mentoring_Buddies Programme, integrated within INOVEDU, took place simultaneously at the Lisbon University Center of Universidade Lusófona.
The session began at 10:30 am and featured Professor Elisabete Pinto da Costa, PhD, Programme Coordinator, who welcomed the participants.
This was followed by a presentation on how the Programme operates, led by the pedagogical teams from both cities, as well as an introduction to the academic units and courses involved. The collective activity “Mentoring the Mentor” also took place, featuring testimonials from mentors and former mentors, highlighting the importance of sharing experiences in academic integration.
