    Objectives

    The main objective of this curricular unit is to provide Human Resources Management and Development students with a better understanding of how contemporary labor markets function, as well as the models and methods used by economists to explain this same functioning.

    Teaching methodologies

    The teaching methodology is theoretical and practical, focusing on presentations, dialogue, collective reflection, practical exercises and the analysis of real cases with students. The teaching material is available on the Moodle platform.
