    Presentation

The UC Research Methodologies in Physical Exercise and Health falls within the 2nd Cycle in Exercise and Health. It aims to provide updated knowledge referring to the main methodologies for evaluating parameters related to physical activity and physical fitness that are necessary for the implementation of projects of investigation. These methodologies are based on current scientific evidence. Additionally, it is intended that students acquire and systematize knowledge about ethical principles in assessment, intervention and research activities.

  • Assessment

    Assessment
