Objectives
Objectives
It is intended that the student acquires knowledge regarding the impact of the construction sector on the environment during the different phases of its life cycle, providing them with basic tools and methodologies that allow the assessment of these impacts. Using the tools and concepts taught will allow the student to develop a critical thinking, which allows them to interpret and solve problems, making technical and strategic decisions, in the context of construction/rehabilitation actions of buildings and infrastructures in a perspective of "sustainable construction".
-
Teaching methodologies
Teaching methodologies
Theoretical-practical teaching model, through theoretical presentations, presentation and discussion of practical cases, and participation by students through individual projects with assessment. The organization of lectures with guests is also planned.

Assessment
Assessment

During the Final Exam Period (Appeal and/or Special), students will have to take an exam covering all the material, as well as present and discuss the practical work completed with the same percentage distributions. In any assessment period, passing is conditional on a final average equal to or greater than 10 points
