The aerospace sector, driven by the new space economy and the ambition to return to the Moon and reach Mars, has led to exponential growth in the aerospace industry worldwide.
The space economy, currently valued at around 500 billion dollars, is expected to grow to approximately 1 trillion dollars by 2030 and between 1.5 and 2 trillion dollars by 2040, establishing itself as one of the main frontiers of the global economy. With a highly qualified professional workforce, the aerospace sector is growing and evolving at a very significant pace, creating major challenges for people management.
In this new edition of the conversations on advanced human resources management practices, professionals from the sector will come together to reflect on the challenges facing people management in the space industry and how universities and organisations in general can collaborate to find solutions.
