Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)
Lusófona University – Lisbon University Centre and the Porto University Centre are hosting the conference “Conversations on Management and Intervention Practices in High-Performance Teams”, an open class aimed at Human Resources students.
Organised jointly by the ECEO and FCESE academic units, this initiative forms part of a series of academic and professional exchanges that bring students closer to the practical and demanding reality of managing people in high-performance settings.
In an era marked by a shortage of specialised skills, increasing workplace diversity and digital transformation, talent management plays a strategic role in the sustainable development of organisations. Moderated by Professor Pedro Marques-Quinteiro, Director of the Applied Master’s in Advanced Human Resource Management at Lusófona University, the session will feature a panel of distinguished guest speakers.
