Seminary Food Fraud and Authenticity
Integrity, trust and competitiveness in the agri-food chain
Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)
The Portuguese Association for Food Protection (PAFP), in partnership with the International Association of Food Protection (IAFP), is holding its annual Seminar this year dedicated to the theme of Food Fraud and Authenticity.
In a context where food fraud represents one of the greatest global challenges for food safety and consumer trust, the event brings together specialists, regulators, laboratories, official control entities, academia and industry to discuss emerging risks, new technologies, and best practices in prevention and detection.
With a multidisciplinary approach integrating science, regulation, innovation and risk management, the Seminar aims to strengthen national and business capacity to ensure safer, more transparent and more sustainable food chains.
