Start January 9 | 18h00 End January 9 | 19h30
This session is taking place within the scope of the event: 10th Conference on Industrial Engineering and Management

This event aims to foster connections between students, alumni, faculty, companies, and professionals, focusing on Industrial Engineering and Management. In a setting dedicated to training, experience sharing, and networking, the sessions will offer a variety of activities that will highlight the crucial role of the Industrial Management Engineer in technological innovation and the efficient management of various industrial sectors.

LEAN is a management philosophy aimed at eliminating waste, increasing productivity, and creating more value for the customer. We are very accustomed to seeing and hearing about LEAN in operational environments and manufacturing settings. But how can we also apply the LEAN methodology, not only to optimise productivity and gain efficiency, but also to increase sales? How can we engage commercial teams to develop actions and improvement plans in response to less positive commercial results? How can we generate more sales simply by focusing, fostering accountability, and encouraging healthy competition among team members?
