Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) ODS4 ODS8 ODS10 ODS17

Start September 17 | 14h00 End September 17 | 17h00

The research project TrabJus – Sustainability and Social Justice, promoted by CEAD, has the mission of fostering critical interdisciplinary reflection on the major challenges shaping the present and future of Labour Law, Occupational Health and Safety, and Social Security Law. The right to social protection, the role of social and financial innovation, the guarantee of gender equality, and the new forms of work organisation are central issues in the reflection on sustainability and social justice.

In this context, this international seminar brings together visiting foreign researchers integrated into CEAD, who will share contributions from their research on topics that promote dignity at work and sustainable solutions to economic and social challenges. This international seminar is an opportunity to strengthen dialogue between research conducted in Portugal and in several countries, valuing a diversity of perspectives for building solutions in the field of Labour Law and Social Security.

This seminar is aimed at undergraduate, master’s and doctoral students, as well as researchers interested in debates on Social Justice.

Participation in the Seminar is free of charge but subject to prior registration.
