Yes, if you meet the requirements for this contest, namely:
- have reached the age of 23 by December 31st of the year before the exam (candidates must be 23 by December 31st);
- not hold a higher education access qualification;
- have the nationality of a Member State of the European Union or, not having the nationality of a Member State of the European Union, meets one of the following conditions:
1) to have been legally residing in Portugal for more than 2 years, uninterruptedly, on January 1st of the year in which you wish to enter higher education
2)
be a beneficiary, on January 1st of the year in which he/she intends to enter higher education, of a status of equal rights and duties granted under an international treaty signed between the Portuguese State and the State of which he/she is a national.
