What will I learn in this course?
The Graduate Program in Educational Administration takes a disruptive and profoundly innovative approach within the landscape of advanced training for education professionals in Portugal. Distinguishing itself from traditional programs¿which are largely focused on technical and bureaucratic replication and on preparing students exclusively for top-level school management positions (principal)¿this program adopts narrative leadership as a distributed, collaborative, and eminently pedagogical function. The conceptual and methodological design of this program is epistemologically aligned with the Critical Collaborative Professional Enquiry (CCPE) model, recognizing that sustained improvement in public schools and the development of teacher agency emerge when educational actors engage in action research processes.
