Open Courses Development and Evaluation of Investment Projects

An investment project is an indispensable management tool for any company. As such, it is used both to assess the economic and financial feasibility of starting a new business and to analyze specific investments from the perspective of an existing company that needs to evaluate a proposed project and its impact on the organization. In this regard, it is clear that an investment project has two distinct components: on the one hand, the development of a Business Plan allows for a strategic analysis and helps contextualize the proposed investment within the company¿s external and internal environments; on the other hand, the economic and financial analysis of the project should be conducted through an Economic and Financial Feasibility Study.
