    Career opportunities and career prospects

    The training will enable participants to acquire the skills needed to plan, implement, and monitor physical conditioning programs for combat sports. The knowledge gained can be applied in clubs, gyms, training centers, and physical conditioning programs, as well as in the coaching of athletes in boxing, kickboxing, MMA, Muay Thai, judo, wrestling, and other combat sports.

    Observations

    Assessment Methodology: Participation in sessions, completion of practical activities, and analysis of case studies related to the planning and design of training programs for combat sports. This course is eligible for the awarding of credit units for the purposes of continuing education for coaches, subject to approval by the IPDJ- Instituto Português do Desporto e Juventude.
