Presentation
Presentation
Strength training currently plays a crucial role in overall physical development, athletic performance, injury rehabilitation, and increased range of motion. While there are several training methods and systems, there are also many myths to debunk about the relationship between strength gain and the maintenance and development of range of motion. We aim to debunk these barriers with scientific justification based on existing knowledge, so that you can later apply the techniques and knowledge acquired in your profession.

Knowledge, abilities and skills to be acquired
Knowledge, abilities and skills to be acquired
1. Discover the relationship between AM and strength. How can this relationship be established? From physiological mechanisms to muscle and joint range of motion, we will understand how everything interacts and is directly interconnected. How it influences strength gain, physical and mental well-being. 2. Learn about various authors and their studies in this field. What they bring that is new and reinforces our knowledge. 3. Understand and differentiate the concepts of flexibility and range of motion related to strength. 4. Enhance Range of Motion in Strength Training throughout life. Recall the muscular and joint actions of our body with a view to increasing the quality of movement and, inevitably, of life. 5. Promote improved sports performance through this inseparable relationship. Recognise and integrate this relationship into the dynamics of sports training, personalised training and group classes. 6. Know how to use teaching methods for the continuous development of movement quality throughout life.
