Contemporary societies are undergoing profound changes in reorganisation and functioning, with new risks, complexities and uncertainties. The senior generation is increasingly numerous and diverse and now has new problems, challenges, responsibilities and opportunities. Many of its members do not accept being left out and want to pool their energies, health, motivation and experiences to participate and contribute to the search for new forms of democracy, civil societies and sustainable development (competitive and collaborative), in order to create more value. All programmes will be adjusted according to the wishes of the students.
