Award honours the top student of the Bachelor's Degree in Tourism

The School of Economic Sciences and Organisations of Lusófona University honoured the top student of the Bachelor's Degree in Tourism in the 2024/2025 academic year, recognising their outstanding academic performance throughout the programme.

The award ceremony took place as part of the University Day celebrations, held on 27 April, and highlights the merit, dedication and commitment demonstrated throughout the student's academic journey.

The distinction includes the full tuition fees for the Master's Degree in Management and Innovation in Tourism and Hospitality (an online programme offered in partnership between Lusófona University and ISMAT), a monetary prize of €750, awarded by the Lavanda Hotels Group, as well as a two-night stay for two people on a bed and breakfast basis at a hotel belonging to the Vila Galé Group.

The initiative is supported by the Lavanda Hotels Group and the Vila Galé Group, institutional partners that contribute to the promotion of talent and academic excellence.

The institution wishes the awarded student continued success in both their academic and professional career.
