
Organisation and ethics in Peer Mentoring processes
The workshops focused on the competences and ethical issues inherent in the mentoring process
13.09.23 - 12h48On the 18th and 31st of July, 4 actions/workshops were held online on the skills and ethics inherent to the peer mentoring process aimed at teachers who accompany the mentor students.
The actions/workshops were promoted by the Inovar & Capacitar II of Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário do Porto, financed by POCH - Operational Program Human Capital, being promoted by experienced specialists in the area.
Feedback from teachers is important. clearly positive, who report feeling more prepared to follow and monitor the mentoring process with students.
