Researchers from Lusófona University receive FCT-CEEC Individual Funding
Three Lusófona University researchers won six-year contracts in the 7th Individual Scientific Employment Stimulus Competition

In the 7th edition of the Individual Scientific Employment Stimulus Competition (CEEC), promoted by the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT), three researchers from COFAC were selected, reinforcing the quality and impact of the research carried out at Lusófona University.
Slavisa Tomic, from the COPELABS research unit, and Susana Dias, from the CICANT research unit, received funding in the Assistant Researcher category. Meanwhile, Luiza Baldan, from CeiED, was distinguished in the Junior Researcher category. The contracts will last for six years, contributing to the consolidation of the institution’s scientific output.
With these results, Lusófona University now has 10 Individual CEECs and 11 Institutional CEECs, covering various scientific fields and strengthening its position within the national research landscape.
These results add to other recent achievements, such as the inclusion of Lusófona researchers in the global ranking of the most cited scientists, highlighting the international relevance of the work being developed.
