In a context of high complexity and constant transformation, the Strategic Plan 2025-2030 defines the main objectives and goals of Universidade Lusófona for the near future.
This document summarizes the key conclusions and ideas resulting from a collaborative process of reflection and joint construction of a set of projects that we believe will empower and prepare our University to face the challenges of the next five years while maximizing future opportunities.
For over two decades, we have proven to be a resilient, ambitious, and determined institution and community—aware of our weaknesses but also capable of leveraging our strengths in pursuit of a greater purpose.
In the future, as in the past, we will continue working together to achieve our objectives, fulfill the goals outlined in this strategic plan, and build a future that belongs to us all.
