The meeting aimed to strengthen institutional relations and foster opportunities for joint work between museums and the various teaching and research units of the university. The event was also marked by the official launch of the CICANT Crea-Heritage Lab, a new laboratory proposing innovative approaches to the promotion of Cultural Heritage through the articulation of academic research and artistic creation.
The session was open to both lecturers and students from all study cycles, with particular emphasis on undergraduate courses in Film, Animation, Video Games, Sound Sciences and Technologies, Communication Sciences, Fashion Design, Visual Arts Teaching, Organisational Communication, and Media Arts.
In the afternoon, representatives of the invited museums not only presented their institutions but also concrete proposals for collaboration. Among the suggestions were projects with active student involvement, contributions to the enrichment of permanent exhibitions, ideas for temporary exhibitions, themes for applied research, and possibilities for joint applications for national and international funding.
