ULusófona Offers Accommodation at Manuel da Maia University Residence

The Manuel da Maia Residence is located at the intersection of Av. Manuel da Maia with Alameda Dom Afonso Henriques. This is a project by the Lisbon City Council made available to all Higher Education Institutions in the City of Lisbon. Lusófona University - Lisbon University Centre offers 21 beds for use by our displaced students or those on Erasmus+ mobility.

Room Types

• 6 beds in single rooms
• 15 beds in shared double rooms
• WC outside the room

Common Areas

• Study room and leisure and social spaces
• Areas for food preparation, laundry, and drying clothes

Services

• Daily cleaning service, which includes cleaning all common areas and weekly cleaning of rooms
• 24-hour access control with security, monitoring through CCTV, and scheduled patrols of the facilities
