In addition, it also follows more operational matters, such as situations related to materials or the specific needs of each programme.

According to Inês Santa, SATA is often underestimated until students actually need it. Its function goes far beyond bureaucracy: it is a direct point of contact to ensure that the academic journey unfolds with as few obstacles as possible. Communication is essential, and students are encouraged to contact their SATA whenever doubts or difficulties arise, respecting the timetable and the support channel indicated for each programme.
