You can now choose to study at your own pace and complete your master’s or doctoral degree on either a full-time or part-time basis.

This option is available for master’s and doctoral programmes worth 90 ECTS credits or more.

Tuition fees are calculated according to the number of ECTS credits in which you enrol.

What will I learn in this course?

This Professional Master's Degree seeks to respond to an increasingly specialized area in the management of cultural institutions. It seeks to respond, in general terms, to the broader needs of the sector. In UCs such as Management of Cultural Organizations, Legal Issues in Cultural Management, Communication and Audiences, Contemporary Issues in Cultural Management or Culture and the Digital Context, themes that are at the heart of the concerns of this area will be addressed, as well as introducing new themes that have arisen as a result of the most recent technological and social transformations.

a) Holders of a bachelor's degree or legal equivalent; b) Holders of a foreign higher academic degree awarded following a 1st cycle of studies organized in accordance with the principles of the Bologna Process by a State adhering to this Process; c) Holders of a foreign higher academic degree that is recognized as satisfying the objectives of a bachelor's degree by the statutorily competent scientific body of the higher education institution to which they wish to be admitted; d) Holders of an academic, scientific or professional curriculum that is recognized as attesting to their ability to complete this cycle of studies by the statutorily competent scientific body of the higher education institution to which they wish to be admitted. For any of the above, the candidate must cumulatively prove that they have at least five years' previous professional experience in areas related to cultural management.

Graduates. Holders of an academic, scientific or professional curriculum recognized by the HEI as attesting to their ability to complete this cycle of studies. Minimum previous professional experience of five years in the field.

Technical and professional skills that I will acquire

Financial and budgetary management of cultural projects and spaces. Ability to negotiate with sponsors, companies and cultural agents. Strategic planning, including setting targets and evaluating results. Communication and cultural marketing, with a focus on dissemination, promotion and broadening audiences. Knowledge of legislation affecting culture and forms of public and private funding. Team management and leadership in cultural contexts.
