The role is intended to support the activities of the Human Resources Department.
Main responsibilities:
- Monitoring teaching staff absenteeism and producing a biannual analysis of absenteeism ratios;
- Handling and processing settlements for employees (academic and non-academic staff);
- Processing remuneration for employees and academic staff of Ensino Lusófona;
- Carrying out all tasks related to the monthly payroll process;
- Creating and maintaining databases for academic and non-academic staff according to the established frequency;
- Responding to external entities' surveys;
- Updating and maintaining records related to academic degrees and academic staff categories.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Economics, or Business Management;
- IT skills, particularly in platform usage and management;
- Proficiency in the English language.
Conditions:
- Fixed-term employment contract for 12 months, renewable;
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 09h30 am to 13h00 and from 14h30 to 18h00.
