I can't access the Ensino Lusófona APP. What should I do?

Step 1 - Open Phone Settings.

Step 2 - Access Installed Applications.

Step 3 - Select the Application "Ensino Lusófona".

Step 4 - Open the "Storage" Section.

Step 5 - Click "Clear Storage" and "Clear Cache".
