The researcher at the Centre for Interdisciplinary Studies in Education and Development (CeiED) at Lusófona University, Patrícia Ferraz de Matos, and Raphaella Pereira dos Santos Câmara, from the Institute of Social Sciences at the University of Lisbon, organised the dossier “Violence against women (LGBTQIAPN+): representations, discrimination and responses in Brazil and Portugal”, published in the Etnográfica Scientific Journal.
The publication brings together studies by researchers from Portugal and Brazil on violence, discrimination and responses aimed at the LGBTQIAPN+ community.
The dossier stems from a panel coordinated by the two researchers at the International Conference on Women, Gender and Intersectionality in the Lusophone World, held in 2022 at the University of the Azores, continuing a scientific collaboration that began at that meeting.
The dossier is available in open access in the journal Etnográfica.
