Scopus now integrates 3 ULusófona Magazines

The Sociomuseology Notebooks are the new addition to this renowned database.

The Cadernos de Sociomuseologia became part of the “Scopus” database, one of the largest indexing and citation platforms for scientific literature in the world.

From now on, articles published in this journal will be more easily accessible and widely disseminated, contributing to greater visibility and international recognition of sociomuseological publications promoted by the Department of Sociomuseology of CeiED, specialized in the area of museological and heritage studies, has been a reference for researchers and professionals in the areas of museology, cultural heritage and cultural tourism, with the publication of high quality articles, critical analyzes and case studies.

The inclusion of Cadernos de Sociomuseologia in the Scopus database, which brings together more than 70,000 titles of scientific journals worldwide, highlights the quality of its content and its fundamental role in promoting dialogue and reflection on museological and heritage issues in its relationship with Human Rights.

The Universidade Lusófona now sees three of its scientific publications listed in this prestigious database, reinforcing and recognizing the efforts of the University in the research component, not only in the area now added, but also in the other scientific areas.
