ULusófona celebrates World Physical Activity Day on Marginal de Lisboa
ULusófona celebrated World Physical Activity Day with screenings, sports, and health promotion within the community

A team of professors and Master's students from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport (FEFD) at ULusófona once again joined the traditional celebration of World Physical Activity Day, in partnership with the municipalities of Lisboa, Oeiras, and Cascais. With the Marginal closed, this Sunday, 12 April, was dedicated to sports, health screenings, leisure, and socialising.
In an environment featuring various team sports, walks, runs, bicycle rides, dance, gymnastics, and stage classes, the FEFD-UL team was responsible for screening physical activity and fitness levels linked to the promotion of health and well-being literacy.
Once again, it was a highly attended event and an opportunity to contribute to the much-needed community outreach!
