ULusófona invites Reflection on Healthy Work Environments in Tourism
A conference dedicated to sharing experiences on practices that promote well-being and sustainability in the tourism sector was held at ULusófona

Lusófona University – Lisbon University Centre held, on 27 November 2025, between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm, the event “Tourism that Inspires: Building Healthy and Sustainable Work Environments”, in the Agostinho da Silva Auditorium.
The event was promoted by ECEO (School of Economic and Organisational Sciences) and focused on reflecting on the importance of creating and maintaining healthy work environments in the tourism sector, as well as fostering the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and networking, reinforcing the role of tourism organisations in promoting professional well-being, collaboration, and sustainable practices.
