National access competition/tender: Having completed the 12th grade; A grade higher than 95 points (range 0-200), in the following entrance exams: 04- Economics 16- Mathematics 18- Portuguese Entry competition/tender: Course changes; Transfers; Returns. In accordance with Decree 401/2007, of April 5. Special competition/tender for those over the age of 23: On completing 23 years of age by the 31st of December of the preceding year Those not entitled access to higher education (if they have undertaken and been approved in the entrance test for the college they want to enter, they are entitled to the referred access). Knowledge, abilities and skills to be acquired
Besides the instrumental skills (expertise), the Undergraduates in Management should havecognitive skills (the ability to interpret the events occurring around them, to understand the position of others and to understand appropriate standards of behavior) and relational skills (ability to listen, to encourage participation and teamwork). In this sense, seeking to equip their graduates for new skills - ability to anticipate and adapt to change, flexibility and functional flexibility, interpersonal relationships, among others - the Degree in Management is seeking to help them have a wide range of functions to run, including planning functions at all levels of organization (eg: strategic, tactical, financial, trade and production, human resources).

Objectives
Degree in Management aims to train professionals with he most solid knowledge, able to cross the internal and external borders of organizations, with a good understanding of the functions and typical problems of management as well as the concepts, strategies and tools necessary to perform this role. Above all, the basic concern of this Program focuses on training undergraduates who are integrated in a context characterized by profound changes, to take a proactive approach and thus present themselves as the true agents of change.
