What's your favorite game? This will probably be one of the first questions you'll be asked in the Bachelor's Degree in Video Games and Multimedia Applications (VAM). Level by level, you'll learn the processes, technologies, and practical skills involved in creating video games. Not sure whether you're a designer, artist, or programmer? The VAM degree is structured into three levels, corresponding to the three years of the program, allowing you to discover your own path. Level 1 - Tutorial - Learn the fundamentals, theory, and essential tools. Level 2 - Main Quest - Continue your adventure by creating 2D and 3D games and multimedia applications. Level 3 - Final Boss - You've leveled up your skills. Now it's time to tackle your final project and internship, preparing you for your first professional opportunity in the industry. We were awarded the Fazer+ Award for "Best Innovative Teaching Practice" in recognition of our teaching strategy based on Project-Based Learning (PBL). This means you'll learn by creating your own projects while building a professional portfolio, following your own creative journey through an engaging and motivating learning process. We play, analyze, and imagine the virtual worlds that we'll create together. Discover our portfolio website at vam.ulusofona.pt.
