Applicants may apply to the study cycle leading to the Master¿s degree if they meet one of the following criteria: a) holders of a bachelor¿s degree or legal equivalent; b) holders of a foreign academic degree awarded following a first-cycle study program organized in accordance with the principles of the Bologna Process by a country adhering to that process; c) holders of a foreign higher academic degree recognized by the statutorily competent body as meeting the objectives of a bachelor¿s degree; d) individuals with an academic, scientific, or professional curriculum recognized by the statutorily competent body of CUP as demonstrating the capacity to undertake this study cycle.

Technical and professional skills that I will acquire
The Master in Exercise and Health aims at the acquisition of the following knowledge, abilities and skills: 1. Know and understand the role of exercise in health and well-being. 2. Know and understand the different methodologies for the assessment of physical activity and fitness. 3. Acquire theoretical and practical knowledge on training methodology according to the characteristics of the population in order to improve health and well-being. 4. Plan, implement and evaluate exercise programs to promote health and well-being, in the presence of pathology, in children, youth and elderly. 5. Develop and implement research projects according to evidence, using appropriate methodologies and knowing the underlying state of the art. 6. Respect ethical principles in the evaluation, intervention and research activities. 7. Know how to communicate their conclusions, knowledge and reasoning, in a clear and unambiguous way, to experts or non-specialists.

The acquired training provides the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully enter the labour market in different places that promote the practice of exercise, such as gyms and fitness centres, day centres, among other institutions as well as the integration in multidisciplinary teams in the context of clinical exercise.
