Lusófona On Business: FCESE Celebrates Partnerships and Business Innovation
The event highlighted innovation and sustainability, awarded meritorious projects and marked the official opening of the FCESE Master's programmes
14.10.24 - 17h00The Faculty of Economic, Social and Business Sciences (FCESE) of Lusófona University held the “Lusófona On Business”, an event aimed at strengthening the connection between the University and the business sector, while recognising merit in areas such as community, diversity, entrepreneurship, innovation, rigour, and sustainability. The event also highlighted the official opening of the FCESE Master's Programmes, where new students were welcomed.
The main goal of Lusófona On Business was to consolidate strategic partnerships between the university and various external entities, promoting cooperation for the development of innovative and sustainable solutions. Additionally, the event rewarded individuals and projects that stood out in crucial areas, emphasising the importance of innovation and sustainability in business and academic growth.
The event began at 6:00 pm with the official opening, followed at 6:15 pm by the presentation of the FCESE Master's Programmes and the welcoming of new students. Later, the “Oration of Wisdom” took place, a solemn moment that symbolises the start of the academic journey for students.
From 7:00 pm onwards, awards were given to individuals and projects that excelled in the fields of entrepreneurship and innovation. Finally, a book was presented, which promises to bring new academic perspectives.
The “Lusófona On Business” was a significant event on the FCESE calendar, providing a space for knowledge sharing, merit recognition, and the promotion of synergies between academia and the business sector.
