How can Europe equip SMEs, start-ups and the public sector with the cybersecurity skills they urgently need?

This is the central question behind the CYCERONE project, and the answer lies in creating a truly European ecosystem for cybersecurity training.

In our latest article, we explore how CYCERONE is shaping the future of cybersecurity skills development across Europe:

  • innovative, high-impact courses tailored to SMEs and public administrations;
  • personalised learning pathways aligned with real market demand;
  • training quality validated according to pan-European standards, including ENISA guidelines;
  • a dedicated portal, free of charge for learners, which will soon be integrated into the Digital Skills and Jobs Platform.

As highlighted by Luís M. Campos from Lusófona University - Lisbon University Centre and Professor Lorenzo Binosi from Politecnico di Milano, CYCERONE is more than a training programme: it is a single access point for professional training and lifelong learning in cybersecurity at a European level.

A concrete step towards strengthening Europe's capacity to attract, train and retain digital talent where it is needed most.
