"I feel that many people who studied at Lusófona University end up having more opportunities, as the course is broader and more comprehensive"

I am Rita Crespo, and I studied Cinema and Media Arts at Lusófona University from 2021 to 2024. I was always told this was the best film course in the country. I considered other options, but none felt like the right fit, as I have always been more focused on production and really wanted to work more with cinema fiction. I felt that Lusófona University offered more in that regard.
Since the moment I joined Lusófona University and even after graduating, I have noticed that many people who studied at Lusófona University end up having more opportunities, as the course is broader — not only covering television, but also series, advertising, and live on tape. I believe this provides better preparation, both for working in Portugal and abroad.
We had the chance to present a project to some of the biggest production companies in Portugal. We exchanged contacts, spoke with them, and we are still in touch today about new projects.
I am very happy to have completed the entire course and have no regrets about choosing it. I currently have some projects here in Portugal, including some still affiliated with Lusófona University, but I would also like to explore the market in Europe.
