The Bachelor's Degree in Audiovisual Communication and Multimedia (CAM) offers a dynamic and interdisciplinary education that combines stimulating theoretical and practical learning centered on moving images, cinema, and video with comprehensive training in audiovisual creation, multimedia production, and emerging media technologies. The curriculum is continuously updated to reflect the latest industry developments and encourages both individual and collaborative project work across a broad range of creative disciplines, including photography, filmmaking, web creation, sound design, screenwriting, directing actors, multimedia installations, and video mapping. - Batalha Centro de Cinema, one of Portugal's most prestigious cinemas, is a strategic partner that enables weekly classes throughout the academic year to take place in a professional cinema auditorium, with a full feature film screened during each session. It also hosts the premiere of the final-year CAM students' films as part of MULTIPLEX, an annual event held since 2011. CAM is deeply connected to the city and collaborates with some of its most dynamic cultural institutions. - Espaço Mira is our partner of choice for the annual exhibition of interactive art and multimedia installations created by our graduating students. Each year, MULTIPLEX welcomes an internationally renowned filmmaker, artist, or photographer, who presents a retrospective of their work at Batalha Centro de Cinema and delivers a public lecture. The entire programme is open to the city and free of charge. Find out more at: www.batalhacentrodecinema.pt/programmes/multiplex/
