Presentation
The School of Economic Sciences and Organisations (ECEO) stands as a space of academic excellence, innovation and transformation, dedicated to training leaders capable of understanding and acting in a constantly changing world. With an integrated approach across economics, management, accounting, aeronautical management, human resources management and tourism, it promotes critical thinking, creativity and the practical application of knowledge, preparing students to respond to the complex challenges of society and the global market.
Supported by a highly qualified teaching staff and a strong connection to the business and institutional environment, ECEO focuses on research, internationalisation and the development of essential future skills.
More than training professionals, it develops responsible and ethical citizens prepared to generate impact and create value in society.
Facilities
ECEO offers a set of infrastructures and specialised units that support excellence in teaching, research and engagement with society. Highlights include classrooms equipped with advanced technology and the BIE-Lab (Behavioral Insights & Experimental Lab), dedicated to cutting-edge experimental research. The SID-Center focuses on primary data production and analysis and the development of strategic intelligence, while the KTV-Hub acts as a consultancy interface, promoting knowledge transfer and financial sustainability.
The School is also guided by principles of open science, ethics and social impact, ensured by the OSSE-Charter, and includes the AIS-Incubator, responsible for the economic valorisation of research, intellectual property protection and support for spin-off creation.
Equipment
ECEO is equipped with advanced technological resources that support teaching, research and community engagement. These include multimedia-equipped classrooms, digital learning platforms and online collaboration tools. In research, it provides specialised software for statistical and econometric analysis, simulation and modelling, as well as infrastructure for primary data collection and processing.
